Cactus Pear Margarita



2 oz. Herradura Silver 100 percent agave tequila



1 oz. Cointreau



1 oz. cactus-pear juice



1/2 oz. freshly squeezed lime juice



Ice cubes



Lime wedge, for garnish

Combine tequila, Cointreau, cactus-pear juice and lime juice in a cocktail shaker. Serve over ice, and garnish with a lemon wedge. Skip the coarse salt on the rim, please.
