Where can I purchase Nopales (Prickly pear cactus pads)?
I need to buy Nopales or the pads or paddles from a prickly pear cactus. I am in Minnesota and they don't have many things like that around here. Please point me in a direction to find some, if you know!

In Mn too! I got mine at a garden center.I have a cactus garden outside. does well over our winters with no special care. Keeps growing more and more pads every spring.

Reply:You might try a specialty food store. They sell them here in Texas at most stores. I know Whole Foods is one organic specialty store. That's all I can tell you. Also, maybe you can ask someone at a local Farmers Market? Good luck!
