Whats the best exercise for a pear-shaped woman?

I'm pear-shaped and would like to shed a few pounds and tone the right places. Any suggestions/tips for diet/exercise?

You can loose a good amount of weight by eating anything you like before 5 pm. Not a raisin after. Your frame your basically stuck with. Your very lucky, its one of the nicest out there (its my personal fav :) Its not really possible to loose weight in certain spots, so your gonna loose it everywhere evenly (so start loving your look!).



For exercise you can simply find an activity you like. Its easier to stay motivated that way. I like to play sports, and the challenge of lifting weights..



Oh and by the way your NOT going to get huge and look like a man if you lift weights!! Those women on t.v take all kinds of drugs to look that way! not natural... muscle helps burn more caliries while your at rest. It can be very feminine when combined with a nice female form.
Reply:Eat whatever u like but only when hungry and that too not more than three times a day. Take only plain water in between. Include plenty of uncooked fruits and vegetables in ur meals and take them preferably before cooked food.



Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This activates ur auto systems in the body and u get strong signals when u r hungry or when u have had enough.



Take light exercises and brisk walks preferably twice a day.



This will result in ur achieving desirable weight effortless in a reasonable period.
