I read on here that a 10 minute brisk walk, three times a day should help to tone my legs and decrease the appearance of my pear shape.
Is there any validity to that?
I'm not OVER weight and I also exercise regularly. This would just be in addition to. My plan is to go for 10 minute walks around the neighborhood during the work day, as often as possible.
Will walking help to lose my pear shape?
Even better try jogging ;)
