How do you freeze small pear tomatos?
Seaturtle--- This is the quickest way I know

to freeze pear tomatoes. And it works perfect. Inspect tomatoes and take out those that have bad spots. Wash tomatoes

let air dry an hour or so. Place tomatoes in a zip lock bag your choice of size. Place them in the coldest section of freezer.After they freeze move them if you want.

To use just take out the amount needed

place in hot tap water for a minute or two

they are easy to peal at this point.

They are good in soups, stews, sauces ect.

Reply:I don't suggest that you freeze any kind of tomato's they will get mushy I suggest you can them.

You you can Boil them then skin them and then put them in a canning Jar.
