I have a pear-shaped body. Is there any diet or exercise I can do to lose weight on my lower half?

I gain most of my weight on my butt and thighs and always lose weight on my face, arms, stomach, and chest area. I want to slim my lower body so that it's even with my slimmer upper body.

i have the same problem, but have found that a lot of walking and running will alleviate the proportion issue. you can also try resistance training to tone your upper half.
