What would happen to me if I eat apple-worms & pear-worms along with the fruit?

I saw 1mm wide clear worms in a pear from an unsprayed private garden.



Are there any pear/apple-worm species that parasitize people? What would happen to me if I ate those worms or their eggs?



By the way, I'm in North America. What pear-worm species exist in this part of the world?



Can you tell I find this oddly scary? Can you tell me what happened to you when you ate that worm-infested fruit?
