someone answered another question on here, that fruit trees need to be planted a certain way....as to prevent wierd tasting fruits caused by pollinating w/a different type fruit tree.....is that so?
Fruit tree pollination,can i plant apple,peach,plum,cherry,%26amp;pear in no partic.order without fruit tasting off?
The ones you mentioned will not pollinate one another...you're all good. For fruit trees to pollinate one another they have to be more closely related and bloom at the right time. I have heard of quince pollinating pears, and maybe your plum and cherry could be close, but I highly doubt it.
