I'm a pear shaped and I want to lose 10- 12 lbs. Can anyone tell me about the food choices?

you should diet

eat your 3 main meals and eat only until you are satisfied

avoid items with high carbs

in between meals snack on fruits and veggies

and avoid eating anything after 8pm

completely avoid junk food and candy

and make sure you exercise to stay toned

do 30 minutes of cardio 6 days a week and

do strength training every other day

ohh.. and also avoid sodas and friut juices unless you juice them yourself

drink atleast 8 glasses of water as it is good for you and will gie your skin a healthy glow
