Reply:If you are pear shaped - a plain dark skirt/pants with a brighter patterened top will help to balance your shape. An A-line skirt is the best shape skirt for you.
Reply:At a 13 year old's birthday party, there isn't too much to worry about. Don't dress out of your comfort zone, not too much nicer than what you wear everyday. A cute miniskirt or even longer skirt are cute, with a matching polo such as this outfit:

Reply:i think you should wear something like a dressy top with jeans and dressy type shoes. Dangling earrings and a necklace make anything look great.
