cause i just ate a pear and now it feels like i drank tabasco sauce and its swelling up now, what should i do?

Get to the emergency room now. You may have anaphalaxis, a severe allergy reaction that can be deadly.



This can only be treated in the hospital or with an adrenelaine shot. Do NOT mess around. Get help before you develop trouble breathing.



Call an ambulance or have someone drive you to emergency.

If my child ate something and immediately started swelling that would warrant the use of an Epi, as you may be swelling internally and not know it.
Reply:allergic reaction. i hope you already got your antihistamine. if you are allergic to pears then you could also be allergic to latex. so try to avoid it. also grapes, bananas, passion fruits and i forgot the other one. try to avoid those fruits next time. or if not, take some antihistamine with you wherever you go just in case of emergency and go to the hospital immediately for follow up treatment.
