You would have to take your guinea pig to a vet and ask them. You didn't provide any information for anyone here to be able to guess. No one can say when she might give birth if you don't have a picture of how big she is or provide any information about about how long ago you noticed her looking pregnant.
Reply:well pear shape can mean anywhere between 57weeks along. another question would be is when you touch her belly can you tell if is still a lil squishy or is it extremely hard or in between? the hard and bigger the further along she is ...i would put a cardboard box and hay in it for her to make a nest...good luck
