Cream these two together with electric mixer.

Mix thoroughly. In a separate bowl sift;

2 teaspoons baking powder

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Mix dry with wet ingredients all together and top into a well greased loaf tin. Bake in preheated oven of 180°C/350°F for 45 to 50 minutes. Look for a clean to cleanish skewer when ready.

OR

apple carrot muffins

INGREDIENTS

1 3/4 cups raisin bran cereal

Reply:Make a mixed fruit smoothie.

2 bananas, chilled

2/3 cup strawberries or mango slices

1 12-ounce can grape juice or mango, apricot, strawberry, or other fruit nectar, chilled

1 8-ounce carton fat-free yogurt

1 tablespoon honey (optional)

2 tablespoons ground pistachio nuts (optional)

Directions

In a blender combine bananas, strawberries or mango slices, grape juice or fruit nectar, yogurt, and, if desired, honey. Cover and blend until smooth. Pour into six tall, chilled glasses. If desired, sprinkle with ground pistachio nuts. Makes 6 smoothies.

Note: For two-tone smoothies, make mango smoothies and strawberry smoothies. Transfer to separate pitchers or glass measuring cups. Taking a pitcher or cup in each hand, slowly pour both smoothies at the same time into opposite sides of the glass.

Carrot Smoothie

If you have a juice extractor, use 5-6 carrots, tips removed and peeled if not, cut into chucks OR 2 cups fresh carrot juice

Pour juice into blender and mix with yogurt (plain, vanilla or flavored) and/or frozen or fresh banana. I even added a few fresh mint leaves when I juiced my carrots. The banana and yogurt make the smoothie thick; otherwise, carrots with some celery juice or apple juice (fresh apples too ) is also very good.
