Upgrading to active directory from pear to pear network?

I just took over this network and we have about 150 users and about 5 locations. And, everybody is on pear to pear network. I am going to upgrade to Active directory with one location at a time. We have linux DNS server and DHCP server. I just wanted to make the upgrade really smooth, and currently everything is saved on the local computer. What is the best way to accomplish this?
Upgrading to active directory from pear to pear network?
First you wil need at least one Windows server, prefererably one for each location, for Active Directory. Then you would create user accounts on the server(s) and move users documents out to network shares, and copy there local profiles out to a "users" share on the server. You would want to configure and control AD replication between sites. There are number of things to consider here, do users move from one location to another? Are there resources on the network that need to be shared across sites?
