It's nigh impossible to effectively lose weight and change your bodyshape without SOME kind of exercise. Sadly, there are genetic bodytypes that cannot be overcome. That's not to say that you can't improve your appearance, but it will be harder for some than for others and it's unlikely that you'll ever attain that "ideal" figure that you want.

Obviously, you can lose weight dangerously by way of psycho-dieting and starvation, but such weight loss is not only temporary and potentially LETHAL, but will often times cause you to rapidly gain back even more weight than you lost.

The best thing that you can do is avoid fad diets like Atkins, fruit diets, Hollywood diet... Really any "diet" is bad. Improving your dietary HABITS is what you need to do.

A good and easy thing to do is drink water exclusively. A can of sodapop ("soda" or "pop" which do I use? %26lt;lol%26gt;) is about 150 calories. If you drink that, how much do you drink in a day? Do the math. Water is cleansing and non-caloric. I HATE water... always have hated water, but even I managed to do that one and y'know what? I don't hate water anymore! It took about 5 days.

Your body type is your body type and it is very possible that even with a moderate intake of calories that your body will continue to look the same. However, if you DO overeat, consider halving your normal serving size. It'll hurt in the stomach for a few days, but soon your body will learn that "this is how much food I'm getting" and eating more than this reduced amount will eventually make you feel overfull.

HOWEVER... if you are NOT an overeater, do NOT do that! Don't. Seriously, DON'T. You run the risk of killing yourself.

But you really need to start intruducing more physical activity if you want to lose weight and alter your shape. Don't want to run on the treadmill? Don't. Just don't sit around all day (in class, in the car, at home) like most people do. There's an endless amount of exercise that people don't usually think of as exercise. Walk anywhere that you can instead of drive! Re-arrange all the furniture in your house. Try anything that keeps you on your feet like birdwatching, canoeing or camping. If someone is moving house, offer to help them! Just making the choice to avoid planting your posterior can do wonders! But if you can think of a new hobby (yoga, karate, fencing) that gets you moving but is fun, GO FOR IT!

Best of Luck to you!
Reply:Even though you're not the workout type (I'm not either!) I don't know of many other ways to lose the weight unless you want to eat nothing but a bowl of cereal twice a day for all of your meals.

Other than that I recommend a lot of walking to and from where you're going and the faster you walk the faster you will burn off the weight. I don't recommend target exercising because it won't burn the fat off of the body, it might shape it up a bit and turn some of it into muscle but it doesn't take inches off.

Find some fun exercises to do! Not all working out has to be a chore. Go swimming and really go the extra mile and swim fast for a while. Get a nordic track or something where you can ski yourself into shape, lots of people like skiing.
Reply:how can you put away your fats if you dont like to go on workout or exercise unless you go to a Dr who is doing a lyposaction. eating the right food, drinking water and exercise will help a lot in reducing your body fats.
Reply:I have bad news for you... in order to reduce fat around your stomach you need to do at least 30 minutes of cardio per day. Also, i wouldn't suggest being a vegetarian, carbs are the worst thing for your stomach fat. You need to eat a diet rich in lean protein, and complex carbohydrates.
Reply:Do the following:

1) Combine cardiovascular exercises wif strength training exercises. (10minutes warm-up on treadmill followed by any two strength exercises, etc)

2) Follow a well-balanced diet which include Protein, Fibre %26amp; complex carbohydrates.

3) Take Apple Cider Vinegar 1st thing in the morning 1 hour before breakfast %26amp; increase intake of Fibre.
