I have an advocado pear in my fridge!?

How can I serve it to make a change from putting prawns and mayo in!
I have an advocado pear in my fridge!?
Chop it with sliced pickled gherkin, capers, chopped peppers, chopped onion and mayonnaise - serve with salad.
Reply:Have in a toasted chicken, cheese and avocado sandwich or roll. mmmm with maybe just a little bit of mayo.

or have it in a tortilla or wrap with chicken, fresh basil leaves and pine nuts with a little sweet chili sauce and as much as you like of Aioli (garlic mayonnaise)
Reply:hi make a trio very simple a slice of goats cheess a slice of advocado and a slice of tomato. fan it out add a little dressing if desired enjoy
Reply:Peel and stone it and then cook a veggie curry with shallots and sweet potatoe and a mango.
Reply:Mash it up, add salt, some lemon juice, a tiny bit of chopped raw onion and half a clove of crushed garlic fried briefly in oil (olive oil if possible).

Serve on toast. Yummie...
Reply:Grab about four of them, peel them, take the stone out, put em in a mixing bowl. With a fork, mush the pears down into a paste, mixing in single cream, some lemon juice and a little bit of sugar. It's a brazilian dish called (not sure about the spelling) abbacati, and it's wonderful. If you're feeling lazy, use a hand blender rather than a fork. It's a kind of sweet guacamole, or a green monkey-puke-coloured mousse but I swear it's addictive and of course insanely unhealthy in terms of the cholesterol and fat etc.
Reply:De'stone peel slice length ways lay on little gem lettuce leafs add a spoonful of your favourite plain joghurt and garnish with orange segments and juice.
Reply:Slice it up in a sandwich with some egg mayonnaise and some crumbled feta cheese - yummy!
Reply:You can peel, and take the seeds out, then sautee it in olive oill for a nice side.
