Is a breakfast of a handful of almonds, and 2 fruits say an apple and pear healthy enough for a 15 yr old?

i would at a slice of whole grain toast with peanut butter with one fruit and some almonds that would be better.

That's a good breakfast for anyone

nuts are a good source of protein and by eating two fruits with it your getting part of your daily allowance of fruits / vegs
Reply:Yes, its very healthy, but I would suggest taking one of the fruits out and having maybe a yogurt or something with some sort of dairy.
Reply:It is adequate, but round it off with a glass of milk.
Reply:I think so, Teens are not working out as much and alot of them are watching Tv most of the day!
