Is there pear help for a 13 yr that is going to kill himself? In AB?

This question concerns me. Anytime someone says that they are going to kill themself I take it seriously.

I just don't understand this question though. Are you asking if there is peer help? What is AB?

I want to understand the question. Please explain.

I think I'll dodge your question and answer another.

There is help (professional, peer, counsellor, religious, informal) whereever you look for it.

You're smart, so you know there's something needing fixing and you've made a move to investigate. Great!

Now keep going. Don't be too choosy about the type of help you get. I suggest you could start with a school-related counsellor, but you might be better off going straight to a psychiatrist, for their expertise.

Be pragmatic. Something's broken, so you fix it. Keep determined to find the fix, because as everyone no doubt keeps telling you you've got the world at your feet. The real reason you need to fix this is because of the PAIN.

Take it from me there's no point being the brainiest kid in the district if you want to kill yourself. Use your brains to save your body, as you have started.

Go well, young man

Reply:AB is an advanced study program, that means your of higher intelligence.

Depression is something you have to deal with when you are above average intelligence. But think of all the things you get to enjoy more with that big ol' brain of yours.

There is help for all walks of people, quite possibly depending on your living situation it is right down the hall.

And if not, 1-800-SUICIDE has people who devote their lives to saving people from foolish decisions like the one your contemplating.

think it over big guy, you havent even bloomed yet. your still a kid. theres so much ahead of you.

Edit*

Sorry in stupid meatheaded american highschool we had advanced study programs called AB. Way to support this poor kid.
