8 C. PEELED %26amp; DICED PEARS
6 C. SUGAR
GRATED PEEL %26amp; JUICE OF 1 ORANGE
GRATED PEEL %26amp; JUICE OF 1 LEMON
1 SM. JAR MARASCHINO CHERRIES
1 [8 1/4-OZ.] CAN CRUSHED PINEAPPLE
Combine pears, sugar, pineapple, grated orange peel %26amp; juice %26amp; lemon peel %26amp; juice. Let stand overnight. Next simmer fruit mixture slowly, stirring from time to time until thick. Takes about 1 1/2 hrs. Add cherries %26amp; juice. Pour into hot sterilized jars %26amp; seal. Makes approximately 6 half-pints.
