I have a pear shaped body: How do i find pants that fit?

okay so i think i have a pear shaped body. im not too big on top, 32 B. pants-0. shirts xs-s. for all the women with my body style, what brand and style works best for you? i really need all the help i can get, i'm fashionably challenged!

If you're a 32B then your bust is a size 34, not 32. You include the cup size in the bust measurement and if you really are a 32B, a B cup is a two inch difference, you add this to the band to get 34. Size 0 pants are pretty tiny, according to the Victoria's Secret Size chart, size 0 is 34" hips, this is generally about the same from store to store. If you're an XS-S in shirts then your waist is probably 24-27". This wouldn't give you a pear shape, rather a rectangle/ruler shape, ever so slightly hourglass if by chance your waist is a 24*. You need clothes that slim your waist and create curves. Shirts and dresses that have side rouching/gathering will help slim the tummy and creates a cinched waist. Diagonal seams as well as pinstripes help to create an hourglass figure, as well as slim the figure. Lighter colors help to add dimension, dark colors take away, so if you like layering shirts and wearing cropped tops over another shirt, this is definitely a good idea, with a dark, longer shirt underneath and a lighter cropped shirt on top paired with matching, or just lighter bottoms will help to create an hourglass as well.



And no, I'm not saying you're fat at all, but you don't have a pear shape.





*Footnote from above about shapes...an hourglass has the bust and hips within as much as 1" of each other, yours are both 34 so they're equal. If your waist is 24" then there is a 10" difference between your bust and waist, waist and hips. To be considered an hourglass there needs to be at least 9" of a difference. Any less than this, if your waist is 26" then this puts you at the ruler shape because 34-26 is 8". To be considered a pear shape your bust would have to be 32, which means you wouldn't be wearing a 32B, you'd either be a 30B or 32AA, because the your bust would be 2" smaller than your hips, which is the start of pear shapes.
