How much fibre is in avocado pear?

i know its high in fat, but what are the benefits
How much fibre is in avocado pear?
according to my calorie counter book there's 3.4grams of fibre, but thats per 100grams of pear.
Reply:The avocado is 75% insoluble and 25% soluble fibre.

Highly beneficial to humans and although it is high in fat the fat is monosaturated and good fat. The only detriment is that some individuals are allergic to the avocado.

Unfortunately, the avocado leaves, bark, skin and pit are highly toxic to animals.
Reply:It makes a mean guacamole.
Reply:It's fat content is in its oil, which is highly nutritious and aids digestion in reasonable amounts!

There is no discernible fibre in avocado...unless you want to try chewing the outer skin!...Not recommended!
