Is Kopparberg Pear Cider vegetarian?
Here's a link to the companies website that includes contact information.

The website (not surprisingly) says nothing about the animal content of their products. Here's the question you would need to ask them:

"Does your product contain any animal ingredients, or any ingredients processed with animal products, or any ingredients that originally derived from an animal source and/or are any products originally from an animal source used in the manufacture of your product?"

Potential problems that I'm aware of with this kind of product would be that any sugar used could be filtered with animal based carbon, the finished product could be filtered with animal based products and the fruit juices could be extracted with animal enzymes.
Reply:You're most welcome! Report It
Reply:they don`t check the fruit before it is crushed so there`s always a chance that a few caterpillars etc got crushed too.so being serious you would have to decide if it is vegie.
Reply:I don't know, but I warn you, it'd hideous. VERY, VERY sweet, as it's perry, not cider. I love my cider with a bit of sweetness, but this was revolting.
Reply:Kopparsberg is Swedish qnd a strict company and last I checked they didnt use anything none veggie to make the ciders. However, the cider is made in factory where they make other drinks so if its contaminated with something I cant promiss that!
Reply:i have no idea! my cousin drinks a lot of it and hes not sure either!
Reply:Don't know, but I like it. Who cares anyway?
