eNone. They just thought pear cider would sell better than perry. A few years ago in Australia, they could`nt sell pilchards. They renamed them Cornish Sardines. People were queueing for them. C3PO and Guitar Geek are both talking crap.
What is the difference between pear cider and perry?
cider comes from citric acid of apples.
perry comes from the dilution of the peach.
which will both turn into wine :)
