Whats the best treatment for a pear tree to improve the taste of the fruit.?

Use a good fertilizer all year made for pears, not just during the growing season. Pears usually need a lot of water too.

Sometimes though - you can have a dud tree and it will never produce good tasting fruit. I had this problem before.

You cannot change the flavor of the fruit. It is what it is. Perhaps you should plant a new pear tree, of a different variety. Good luck.
Reply:Keep it trimmed back, so the moisture is not going to the little siplings growing out, but into fruit, itself.
Reply:a pear whisperer.
