Eww! I just found a rotten half a pear in my can of fruit from wal-marts great value products....?

I e-maild the company, should I call CNN next ? Is this normal to find something like this. Woulnd't it be nice for the comapny to compensate me for this scary experience . My daughter had eaten some of the pears and then discovered the rotten pear which she thought was a rat. EWWW!

Please,bring it back to wal-mart and they will refund your money with no questions asked.

I used to work at Wal-mart and saw a lot of things, like those birds that fly around in the wal-Marts well in the night they fly down to the fresh food and when they break open packages of food they just rewrap it and put it back on the shelf to sell. I found the whole fish area all the packages were broke open and pooped on all of it they just re wrapped everything

Ironically when I called the company they just gave me coupons to get more sauce.

Reply:I can't stand Wal-Fart either, but they didn't make those canned peaches. They don't make anything at all, just buy and sell stuff. So don't bother. Instead, write the manufacturer. There are federal standards for this kind of thing. I am willing to bet that one rotten piece of fruit is acceptable by those standards. You're best just calling or writing them. They'll probably send you some freebies.
